YMCA MuscleFit is a high-energy, strength-based group fitness class designed to build muscular endurance and power for a more active lifestyle. Using a barbell and weighted plates, participants challenge their muscles through dynamic, choreographed strength routines set to motivating music. This total-body workout not only sculpts and defines muscles but also fires up metabolism, helping participants feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their strength journey.
